This study aims to develop a activity book worksheet media designed to enhance cognitive and fine motor skills in early childhood children aged 5–6 years. The problem addressed in this research is the limited availability of learning media that simultaneously stimulate both cognitive and fine motor aspects in Early Childhood Education (ECE). This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using a simplified version of the Borg & Gall development model, which includes several stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, limited testing, and product revision. The subjects in this study were children in group B of Latansa Kindergarten, Gunung Putri-Bogor. Instruments used included observation sheets, expert validation questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate that the developed card worksheet media is valid, feasible to use, and has a positive impact on improving children's cognitive and fine motor skills. Therefore, this media can serve as an innovative alternative to support engaging and meaningful learning experiences for young children.
